Without having installed this program it just appeared in my program files. Since no new software has been installed for months i suspect this file originates from a website visit. Also i found out that it has remote access to local files so this is a serious threat for sure. Altough it doesn't seem to be behaving like a virus yet it does give file control to an unknown remote user making it much more dangerous than regular virusses.
